We've been told by our regulars that "barre" is hard to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it.
To put it simply...
Barre is a fitness class created utilizing
elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and dance.
But it's so much more than that.
Barre at our studio is creatively executed with
achievable, easy-to-master 'choreography'
all set to a stellar playlist.
You start with a warm-up...
go into an arm series,
work the booty and thighs at the barre
and on the mat,
target all of the abs
and end with a cool down.
The class is designed to help you achieve
long, lean muscle.
You will burn anywhere from
350-500 calories per class
and you will find that you walk a little taller,
eat healthier, sleep better,
and take on your day-to-day tasks
a lot more confidently.
You don't have to have any dance, ballet, or fitness experience
in order to take class! All classes are open level.
This class is similar to our regular barre class but also incorporates a (beginner) dance sequence to get your heart rate up w/ more calories burned!
We provide ALL equipment for every class!
You can wear grippy socks or go barefoot.
Please wear whatever attire you are most comfortable to workout in!
We provide free water, just ask that you
please bring your reusable canteen with you!
Free lockers with keys are provided for your personal belongings.
Please refrain from wearing perfume into class.
We have free and easy parking right in front of our studio!
